Limited Warranty
All Al Knoch Interiors, Inc. products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. Any alterations or improper use of our products voids the warranty. At our option we will repair, replace, or credit defective merchandise. This warranty specifically excludes all labor and freight costs. All Warranty adjustments are limited to replacement or credit on returned merchandise. There are no other warranties expressed or implied. Written permission must be obtained on all warranty items. Windows are not guaranteed after installation.
Al Knoch Interiors, Inc., will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures or other consequential damage, nor for labor, transportation or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item
Return/Refund Policy:
Before you begin any installation of an Al Knoch Interior product, check and compare the parts and materials you received with the parts on your car. Be sure you ordered and received the correct part and color for your automobile before starting the installation process!
A Return Authorization Number will be required on all returns. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization and Number issued by our office. Your Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the box in which you return the item to us.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you received from Al Knoch Interiors you may return the item within 10 days of having received the item for an exchange or refund. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Al Knoch Interiors order, call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-880-8080. We are committed to uncompromising quality and customer satisfaction! But, remember, you must notify us of any defect or problem within 10 days of having received your order.
The item(s) you return must be in the same condition as you received them. We cannot accept them for return if you have altered the merchandise or begun installation of the items.
Returned merchandise must be carefully packaged in the same manner as it was received (preferably in the original packing), with special attention given to plastic windows on convertible tops.
Custom ordered colors and materials are not returnable.
A 15% restocking charge applies to all returned items and will be deducted from the amount refunded or credited on exchange.
Return packages must be sent shipping charges prepaid. COD packages will not be accepted. You should insure your return shipment and use a carrier that will give you a way to track the shipment in case the shipment is lost or damaged.

Upon inspection and acceptance of a return meeting the requirements given above, a credit or refund will be issued.

Pricing or description errors
We try to keep our product descriptions and prices accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted
